Every Monday and Wednesday from 08:45 to 09:45, Lilly Rikhter guides a session of soft stretching, joint mobilisation, conscious breathing, and guided relaxation. Easy Yoga is not about performance — it is about arriving in your body, starting the day with presence, and building a steady foundation of well-being over time. The pace is calm, the atmosphere is warm, and every movement is adapted so that anyone can follow. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a mindful start to their morning.

Himalayan Yoga

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 17:30 to 19:00, Lilly Rikhter shares the authentic path of Himalayan Yoga — a discipline rooted in Advaita Vedanta and Sanatana Dharma that unites body, breath, and awareness in one sacred flow. This is not fitness or performance. It is a return to silence — to the essence of yoga as a way of awakening. After nearly a decade of teaching free yoga in the parks of Maspalomas, Lilly now brings this deeper tradition into the WIP Meditation Center, guiding postures, pranayama, and meditation to purify the body, calm the mind, and awaken inner intelligence. Each class is guided with care, precision, and a spirit of devotion — a ninety-minute journey inward for those ready to go deeper.

Easy Yoga is a gentle yet powerful morning practice designed to awaken the body, regulate the breath, and bring the mind into a clear, focused state before the day begins. Each session includes elements of Hatha Yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), and light energy work — suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Sessions combine dynamic and meditative movement, pranayama, concentration techniques, and energy work — including elements of kundalini approaches and pranavidya. This is a space for practitioners who are ready to go beyond the surface and explore a more disciplined, transformative experience.
