The Experience
Meditation & Sound Bath
Every Friday evening, the WIP Meditation Center opens its doors to an experience of deep relaxation and inner silence — a journey through sound, stillness, and presence.
Guided by Lilly Rikhter and Dave, these sessions combine Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, chakra balancing, and live sound vibrations using sacred instruments such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice. The intention is simple yet profound: to help you release physical tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your true essence.
Each session invites participants to lie down, breathe consciously, and surrender to the natural rhythm of sound — allowing the body to rest and the spirit to realign.
