In October 2025, the WIP Meditation Center opens a new stage of inner practice guided by Lilly Rikhter.
After nearly a decade of teaching free yoga in the parks of Maspalomas, Lilly now shares the authentic path of Himalayan Yoga — a discipline that unites body, breath, and awareness in one sacred flow.
This is not fitness or performance. It is a return to silence — to the essence of yoga as a way of awakening. Rooted in Advaita Vedanta and Sanatana Dharma, this tradition brings together postures, breath, and meditation to purify the body, calm the mind, and awaken inner intelligence.
Each class is guided with care, precision, and a spirit of devotion, helping every participant reconnect with their true self and natural balance.
