WIP organizes free wellness and sports activities, community events, workshops, and retreats. We also create and distribute multimedia content (photos, videos, livestreams, and replays) to support our mission and demonstrate the impact of our activities.

4. Age of Consent
In Spain, minors under 14 years old cannot provide personal data online without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
WIP does not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

Registration details: name, surname, email address, phone number, country of residence.
Donation and payment information: billing details, payment confirmation (via secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal).

Multimedia content: photos and videos taken during WIP activities and events (group photos/videos are mandatory for accountability purposes).

Retention periods are as follows:
Registration data: up to 3 years after your last participation.
Donation/payment data: as required by tax law (generally 5–6 years).
Multimedia content: retained for project accountability and historical record, unless you exercise a right of erasure (where applicable).
After these periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Data Sharing and Transfers
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only with:
Service providers (event registration tools, payment processors, hosting).
Public authorities or sponsors when legally required or for accountability.
Subcontractors acting under written Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) within 72 hours, and affected individuals if the risk to their rights is high.
