The Experience
Meditation & Sound Bath
Guided by Lilly Rikhter and Dave, these sessions combine Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, chakra balancing, and live sound vibrations using sacred instruments such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice. The intention is simple yet profound: to help you release physical tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your true essence.
Each session invites participants to lie down, breathe consciously, and surrender to the natural rhythm of sound — allowing the body to rest and the spirit to realign.

A deeply restorative Sound Bath session — one hour of lying still while sacred instruments (Tibetan bowls, handpan and more) wash over you in waves of healing vibration. No experience needed. This practice gently calms the nervous system, dissolves mental tension, and creates a profound state of inner stillness that is difficult to reach through ordinary rest alone. Each session is unique.
