Meet Our Volunteer
With more than 20 years of experience, Vanina shares the art of yoga with a deep understanding of the body in motion. Her training includes techniques such as Tai Chi, Eferodinamia, Body Expression and Feldenkrais — all connected to biodynamics and conscious anatomy.
At WIP, Vanina is not only a volunteer in the park but also part of the official team at the WIP Meditation Center, where she guides:
Hatha Yoga for adults
Family Yoga, creating a unique space for parents and children
She also offers holistic massage as a complementary path to wellbeing, in a space separate from her yoga classes, bringing balance and restoration to both body and soul.
Yoga came into her life as a dance of transformation, and ever since she has shared her practice with devotion and dedication, enriching every encounter. 🌿✨
