We're catching our breath this summer
Ten months of practice together, Monday to Sunday — we rest in July and August so we come back at full force. Doors reopen Monday 1 September. Stay close on Instagram, WhatsApp or the WIP Care app, and you'll be the first to know when sessions start again.
Every Thursday evening, the WIP Meditation Center opens its doors to an experience of deep relaxation and inner silence — a journey through sound, stillness, and presence.
Guided by Lilly Rikhter and Dave, these sessions combine Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, chakra balancing, and live sound vibrations using sacred instruments — Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and voice.
The intention is simple yet profound: to help you release physical tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your true essence. Each session invites you to lie down, breathe consciously, and surrender to the natural rhythm of sound.
With Lilly Rikhter & DaveCalms the nervous system, dissolves mental tension, and creates a deep state of inner stillness. No experience needed.

Lilly adapts every class to whoever shows up. My mum joins me, my kids join me. Nobody feels out of place.
